?Chapter 105: Chapter 104 Qiaozi’s Tour (Four More Times) _1 Chapter 105: Chapter 104 Qiaozi’s Tour (Four More Times) _1 He first paused, then held on excitedly.

Unknowingly, Jing Youlan and his companions were once again filled with envy for Yang Yuebin.

This guy always acted before thinking, but his luck was extraordinary. Even if he bumped his head into a brick wall, he could still get the answers he wanted.

Then, Qiaozi took the initiative to shake hands with Jing Youlan and the others one by one. The way he did it made it look like a celebrity meeting fans, which made Mu Lin sweat and rendered everyone else dumbfounded.

Brushing off his surprised look, Ling Qi really felt that the longer he knew Mu Lin, the more secrets he seemed to hold. He could even tame a goshawk so well. Ling Qi did not know how to describe her anymore.

“Everyone’s dismissed.” After saying these words, Ling Qi turned around and left, followed by another instructor.

In fact, he was also very… curious about that goshawk!

This was the inner voice of Ling Qi as he walked away.

As the king of the eagle world, the goshawk symbolises different meanings for men and women. In their hearts, men, especially soldiers, should be like goshawks diving between heaven and earth, dominating, fierce, breaking stones with their strikes, and establishing legacies lasting forever.

So, as the figure of the instructor became more and more distant from them, everyone couldn’t help but inch closer to Qiaozi. Their greedy gazes made Qiaozi’s entire body stand on end.

He truly felt that all of his feathers were being stripped away by their stares, standing naked in front of them, ready to roast him on a spit.

You are just overthinking it, Qiaozi dear student.

You are a much-admired goshawk and a national second-grade protected animal. Who would dare do anything to you?

Originally, Mu Lin was worried about Qiaozi’s meals, thinking she might need to let him hunt. But she later discovered her worries were unnecessary. With the many soldiers in the camp, ever since the news spread that Mu Lin owned a goshawk named Qiaozi, Qiaozi became the camp’s pet within minutes.

Usually around meal times, Qiaozi would fly in the air waiting for Mu Lin to feed him; most of the time, he would stay near the little house that Jing Cheng had given to Mu Lin, watching her train from a distance. In summary, life was very good for little Qiaozi.

It wasn’t until Mu Lin saw that Qiaozi was getting fatter that she started putting him on a diet, to keep him from becoming unable to fly one day.

After dinner, Mu Lin returned to her dorm after washing up. After a day’s worth of training, her entire body ached, apparently she needed some time to adjust.

She massaged the back of her neck as she pushed the door open.

There were only two people in the room. They both smiled at her. They didn’t seem that hard to get along with.

That was good, Mu Lin didn’t want any conflict. She just wanted to peacefully finish her three months of training.

“You’re back, Mu Lin,” Ye Xiwen greeted with great enthusiasm. She finally had the chance to have a nice chat with Mu Lin.

“Hmm.” Mu Lin responded with a faint smile.

“I’m Ye Xiwen, it’s nice to meet you.” Ye Xiwen was genuinely pleased. “Did you just go take a shower?” She hadn’t seen Mu Lin for a long time after dinner.

“Hmm.” Mu Lin responded casually.

The camp’s bathing facilities were communal. After a day’s worth of trainings and sweating, she’d gone to the secret base to shower, and she took Qiaozi there to get familiar with the environment, since he couldn’t stay here with her at night.

Remembering the resentful look in Qiaozi’s eyes, Mu Lin couldn’t help but smile helplessly.
